Can nRF Sniffer fetch the data of BT Classic Devices having any BT Version from BT 2.1 to BT 5.0?

Nope. The sniffer can only capture BT Low Energy packets - its radio is not compatible with BT classic.

Non- nordicsemi hardware is off topic here.

One can use software in order to sniff the HCI layer packets on most platforms (windows, android, linux).
