For nRF52840, we have a layout guide, nAN-40, can reference.

For nRF9160, do we have the information of land pattern or similar document can reference?

Hi Andreas,

As check "nRF160DKschematicandpcbv082.pdf", we can see the layout in pcb format.

But  we wants to know the precision size when place in PCB.

Ex, if the pin 103 (VSS) is 0.8 x 0.8 mm in the module, should we design 0.8 x 0.8 in PCB or we should design 0.9 x 0.9 in PCB ? (we think it may have some tolerance when design in the PCB).

Just like below land pattern that show the precision value

If you look at the Objective Product Specification 10.2, you can find measurements.

You should design using 0.8 x 0.8.
