iBasis eSim registration problem

Hi

When trying to register iBasis sim with correct ICCID and PUK, I get this error message:

Username and pool information are required.

could You help me with that ?

Looks like creating nrfcould account with devZone did not work,
but creating a new account in nfrcloud directly did the trick, and SIM 
registration/activation worked
