nrf51822 UART Service Error

Hi,

I am using nRF51822 and I compiled and loaded uart example code. Also i used nRF toolbox android application on samsung s5 with android 4.4.2.I am using sofdevice 6.0.0. The device and phone gets connection for a while and disconnect and the application returns a insufficient service error. What would be the reason?
