Rev 3 QFAA devices and ST Balun

I see from the 51822 PAN sheet v3.0 that item 61 still shows Rev 3 QFAA package devices as potentially having problems with LO leakage. We are in production with R2 QFAAG0 devices now using the updated ST balun that is designed for the G0 parts. Are there changes in the RF end of the R3 devices that will bring this problem back when we have to switch to the R3 devices?

Not to hijak, but does this issue also extend to the ST BALF-NRF01D3 as well? That may be a component swap fix for you if it doesn't, as these parts have the same footprint.
