ANT+ Simulant+ Not working with nrf52-DK BSC example

I am really green, so please bear with me.  

I have been experimenting with the bicycle ANT+ examples in the nrf52-dk API, and have been able to get BSC working to point of terminal output from the DK.  Seeing that data is being moved by the BSC example in ANTware II, but I cannot get the Simulant+ to open the connection to BSC example.

The guide makes states that configuring a valid Network-Key is required, however it doesn't specify where this is performed and provides only a link to the thisisant.com front door.  I have searched around the thisisant.com website, and have found references to the public network key, however there isn't much guidance on how this used, and seems to state that by default devices should be using the public key.

I would be greatly appreciative if somebody point me to some information on how to get Simulant+ to open the connect to he BSC example.

That wasn't completely obvious.  After some banging around, you require the ANT+ dedicated key.  Which is inserted into the header below:
