electrical characteristics nRF9160 module

Hello,

I would like to know if you can point me where to find the electrical characteristic of the module nRF9160. I'm looking for :

- Then maximum current the module can drive through VDD and VDD_GPIO,

- the GPIO Vih and Vil level or range.

thank you for your help.

  • Unfortunately not, the only things I found in the product spec is this tab here bellow, witch comes from "nRF9160_OPS_v0.7.1.pdf" document page 386

Do you have an additional doc witch will be more descriptive in that case could you please point it to me?

I'm looking for the triggering levels for the GPIO supposed to be something like this :

    VIL [0V to 1.8V] and VIH [2V to VDD_GPIO]

and for the maximum current no such information. I can just guess that it is less than 600mA cause the PWR convector has this as a max ratting. Also I found that depending on the freq band the consumption will be from 300mA to 550mA but it doesn't give me the information about the maximum pick current.
