How to transfer a bat file to flash memory and access it in file explorer

I have flashed the firmware using nRF connect app. I have a bat file which executed few commands. I want to transfer that file to flash memory and access it I the file explorer so that whenever I plug it in a PC, I can click on it and run the bat file.
