Volume production questions

Hi 

we are currently designing a device using the nRF52840 and are looking for information on the most cost effective way to do large scale production testing.

will we have to test each device individually or is there a way to test a full panel at the time?

the PCB is 15*35mm do you have any suggestions on optimal panel sizing? and PCB thickness?

That depends on a lot of things. You would normally need one test of equipment for each device you are going to test. So a full panel needs a lot of equipment.

Let the PCB manufacturer decide on the panel size. Most are using 1.6 mm PCBs unless you need anything different.
