Does Nrf52832 try to pair automatic with other devices when it's turning on?

Does Nrf52832 try to pair automatic with other devices when it's turning on? (from on/off switch),    Or    It's needed to get some code to do it.

Factory default nrf52832 won't do that. You will need to program it accordingly.
