Connection sensitivity control by RSSI

Is it possible to control sensitivity switching of RSSI?
1) If the RSSI is not high, do not link the peripheral with Central.
2) After the link, communication is performed even if the RSSI is low.
3) If the operation of 1), 2) is possible, please tell me the control method.

Yes, this should be possible. This post should answer most of your questions. However the links provided are dated, so make sure you use examples compatible with the nRF52832 and the SDK you are using.
