DEC2 connection to N.C.

Hi,

There is a line from DEC2 to a not connected capacitor (C13).

Would you kindly explain the logic of this? Is that line really necessary?

Hi,

 

The mounting pads are laid out in our reference design to allow this to be mounted in the future in case any issues or something require it to. Most likely and hopefully it will never be needed, it is up to you if you want to keep it in your design or not.
