Unable to connect Thingy 52

Hello, I am unable to connect thingy 52 with my laptop, I have NRF connect v2.6.1 installed but it is unable to find thingy.

Thingy is not connected with any other device and blue light in blinking.

Are you using the "Bluetooth Low Energy" application?

Are you using a dongle to communicate with the Thingy:52?

Yes, I am using BLE application installed on laptop. Also I am trying to connect thingy 52 via BT. I am not using any dongle.
