lte_ble_gateway running application problems

Hi,

I am trying to run lte_ble_gateway sample on nrf9160 DK, but in debug I can not catch breakpoint on main().

When I going in debug mode step by step I find that the program will restart after `_sys_device_do_config_level(_SYS_INIT_LEVEL_APPLICATION);` (218 line in init.c)

And I don't understand why program do this, can anybody help me?

I am using:

gnuarmemb - 8 2018-q2-update

zephyr - v1.13.99-ncs2

nrf - v0.3.0

Does this happen when you are not debugging as well? Which debugger are you using?

In normal mode application don't print messages to uart and leds not blink, but in another samples messages print and led is blink. Secure boot print messages in debug and normal mode.

I am use standart debugger with segger emStudio.
