No J-link found showing while flashing DFU example program.

I have a MDBT40 developing board and a ST-Link. I flashed some example programs like UART and Beacon. And they are perfectly working. But when I flashed other programs it is showing "No J-Link found".

Please help me to flash with ST-link.

How to change the Keil settings from J-Link to ST-Link?

Project -> Option for Target -> Debug -> Change J-Link Debugger to ST-Link Debugger -> Settings -> Flash Download -> Add ->

For application:

For soft device:

Change the RAM for Algorithm size to 0x2000.
