Development board doesn't appear as a removable drive named "JLINK"

Hello Nordic people

When I plug nRF51 DK into my USB slot, the board doesn't appear as a removable drive named "JLINK". I already installed Common Line Tools with J-LINK V640, Keil uVision5 and downloaded SDK 15.2.0. Is there any other software that I have to install to find the board in Windows File Explorer?

I found familiar topic at https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/37895/nrf52-dk-does-not-show-as-a-removeable-drive-in-windows-file-explorer

But I can't find this J-LINK Commander. In which directory I have to look for it?

  • The board isn't new, some guy programmed something on it two years ago.

Windows doesn't detect anything at all, when I plug the board, there is no new device in Device Manager.

I find some J-LINK application in Windows File Explorer (Program Files -> SEGGER), but there isn't J-LINK Commander (I can't find any of this applications in Start Menu, but this can be my fault because in work I'm using Windows 10 and I don't know this system very well)
