BEACON advertising is not working in my custom nrf52840 ?

Hi all

I developed my custom NRF52840 pcb followed by nordic design..i  have done program flashing.Blinky LED also working.But Beacon advertising is not working.while flashing my beacon program,the board gets 6ma current.  i m not able to get beacon reading from any other apps.I m using sdk15.2 soft device 140.My problem is antenna is not getting ON.i m not sure.  what is the reason why antenna is not working? Please guide me to how to resolve this issue

You're missing the antennas impedance matching network (pi- or T-network). Your antenna's datasheet should contain a reference layout with said network.

its working fine. i set my External clock accuracy is 30ppm in sdk_config.h.NRF_CLOCK_LF_ACCURACY_30_PPM
