What is the +/- tolerance on the internal 0.6V ADC reference voltage?
What is the +/- tolerance on the internal 0.6V ADC reference voltage?
Hi
The input voltage to the internal ADC cannot exceed VDD or be lower than VSS.
Best regards,
Simon
Thanks Simon,
My question may have been poorly worded - I am interested in knowing the operational voltage range of the actual internal 0.6V reference itself. As an example, a 1% tolerance on the internal 0.6V reference would result in an internal voltage reference range of 0.594V - 0.606V. I can't seem to find the actual expected range of values for the 0.6V internal reference in the datasheet.
Hi
Sorry for the misunderstanding. The internal reference impacts the gain error of the ADC, and the gain error is reported in the PS. The gain error includes the tolerance of the internal reference. This means that there is no exact tolerance on the internal 0.6V ADC, and it is in a rather large range, around 10% to 20%.
Best regards,
Simon
