pads near pcb antenna

I’m designing a board with nrf52840. For the RF layout part I’ve followed the reference design apart 3 pads near the pcb antenna.

The question is: How much is indicatively the antenna loss Case 1 and in Case 2 respect to the reference design?

You should keep the keepout area of the antenna, and move the connector to the left.

On the left I've a keep out area, so no option for that. My question is about how much (indicatively) could be the antenna loss.

Then I think case 1 will be the better option, since ithe connector will be further away from the antenna. But it is not possible for us to calculate the antenna loss between the two options.
