About RSSI value displayed in Bluetooth low energy application of nrf Connect for desktop

When scan start of a device, RSSI value is indicated,

but is this value instantaneous value? Or any calculated Value?

Hi, 

It is showing the measured RSSI value from a received advertisement packet, and the accuracy of the sample is dependent on the connectivity chip you use.
