Unable to flash programming jlink shows warning reset pin is high

Dear nordic,

we build a custom board with nrf52840. Now i face some issue i can't flash the board. when i start flashing its show some warning reset pin is high.

I need a urgent help from your side. previous custom board has no issue thats programme fine and its work. but our new custom board makes this type of issue. anyone know why this behave like this?

circuit design is same as older custom board but its not working. i need urgent help from your side

Hi.

Are you sure nothing is short circuited on your board?

Which command did you try to program with? Can you make a log file of the attempt to program? Like this:

nrfjprog.exe --hexfile.hex -r --log logfile.log

And upload the log file so that there is more information.
