Board Did not detected

Hi  Nordic.

currently i am  working on nRF52840 as a reader and after designing as per your recomendation and it is ready to check but whe i connected to the commander the board is not detecting .so i decided to check the voltage of nrf52840 donngle and my board ,all the voltages were same in both 2 boards except VDD_nRF i got around 2.5v where my power in is 3.3v .is that the issue of my problem described above.? Because all other schematic and pcb is excactly same as please help me by clearing my doubts.

Hi Alan, 

Could you describe a little bit more on "when i connected to the commander the board is not detecting". What did you mean by commander ? 

Do you have any programmer connect to the SWD interface of the board ? Please be aware that the chip comes without any bootloader so you would need to have a programmer to program the chip. 

How do you provide power to VDD_nRF ?

commander means j link comander. we not powering VDD_nRF. we mean we measured power at VDD-nRF its around 2.5 V . we have two 840 chip in same board . both are powered in 3.3V. one is work perfrctly. other has some problems that is we cant flash program to other chip. Both chip design are same.

Is it any Hardware issue like soldering issue or anything?

You meant you only connect VDDH and not powering the chip using VDD_nRF ? Which voltage do you provide to VDDH ? 

Could you send the schematic, layout and a close up photo of your board ?
