Bluetooth Compliance Folder documentation

We are in the progress of finalizing our first Bluetooth products, based on nRF52840, S140 6.1.1 and SDK 15.2.0. We have gone through the listing process (Launch studio and its wizards at bluetooth.com) and our product does not require testing. However, reading the Qualification Program Reference Document (PRD), part 3.2, we understand we need to maintain a Compliance Folder, in which most of the content is straightforward.

However I hope someone can help me with the "Reference Integration Note for Bluetooth Components and Profile Subsystems" (section 3.2.1.2 of the PRD). I assume this is something that I could inherit from nRF52840/S140? Can I find the corresponding document for nRF52840/S14 somewhere, or are there some existing example documents somewhere?

For the ICS (Implementation Conformance Statements, secrion 3.2.3.2 of the PRD), can I simply copy the ICS Details from Bluetooth.com for the nRF52840/S140?

We would greatly appreciate any hints here, as the Qualification/Listing process can be quite confusing :)

Hi Øyvind

Here's the response: 

1. If they are listing a product, by referring to one of our end products, then there is no need for a Reference Integration note. That is only a document needed if you are distributing components or subsystems that require further integration by a customer. For Nordic I just use our public datasheet, but I don’t think they need to worry about that item.
2. For the ICS yes they can just download the ICS from the LS project and save it. (Although it’s saved in the Launch Studio tool anyway).
