nRF52-DK sniff central device

Hello,

is it possible to set the sniffer/firmware to follow the central device instead of the peripheral?

Currently, only peripheral devices are shown in the device list of the WireShark nRF Sniffer Interface toolbar, but only after the first advertising package was received. Then I have to choose this peripheral at the sniffer starts following it. It my particaluar case I have serveral peripherals (not necessarily present at the same time) I want to follow automatically with one central device.

Hence, I want to know if the function sendPacket(REQ_FOLLOW, ...) would accept the central device' address as well. Or do I have to implement RESP_FOLLOW in that case?

No, that is not supported.

That is not possible. It would require changes in the sniffer firmware to support this, so it's not possible to do this.
