UART communication error

Sir,

I am using a custom board, nRF52840 based MDBT50Q. I am working on the UART example program. In my board pin number 8 is used for some other purpose. And I have seen that the default RX pin number is 8. So when I changed that pin number 8 to some other free pins and flashed with that program, causing BLE not advertising.

Hey, did you connect something to the rx pin or is it floating?

Actually I can't found the P0.08 pin.

 You changed the RX pin to something other than P0.08, right? So the new pin that you changed to, is it floating or is there something connected to it?

I connected my USB2Serial connector's Tx pin
