We have an application based on
We have added UART on the pins below:
#define RX_PIN_NUMBER 17#define TX_PIN_NUMBER 16
We run it on PCA10040
Using an oscilloscope, we observe noise in the following GPIOs:
Is there any way to stop this noise?
The grid that you use is 5mV, is that correct?
This could be noise from the radio or the NFC (if you use this), or nearby pins. Does these 5mV noise disturb your application?
it is 100mV p-p
Does it occur all the time, or only when you use certain peripherals?
Can you describe what peripherals you use in your application? Can you test the same pins on e.g. the examples\peripheral\blinky example?
What HW do you use? Is it a DK or a custom PCB?
Also, are these pins used for anything specific? Are they initialized as UART pins? For some other peripherals? Are they input pins or output pins? Or are the pins not used at all (uninitialized)?
