Pre-Approved FCC

I am doing a project with nRF24L01+ but i found out this is not certified chip to FCC. Is any other RF that is certified that i can replaced this RF24?

No chip can be pre-approved by the FCC.  That is how their rules work.  The only thing that can be pre-approved is a module.  A module is a complete working device that has integral shielding.

If you port your code over to nRF52 or nRF51, there are a lot of approved modules based on those chips.
