Replace nRF52832 device's application by DFU

I have some question about nRF52832 Bluetooth Firmware upgrade problem:

1. I have a device with nRF52832 in my hand. If I don't use the JTag interface, how can I confirm that "this device has the function of Bootloader"?
2. How do I confirm the version of SoftDevie without use JTag interface?
3. If I want to replace the Application inside Device by DFU function, what can I do? Is there any user guide?

You can try to make the device enter DFU mode, either by holding one of the buttons on the device down during startup, or by connecting to it using nRF Connect for mobile, and see if the device has the DFU control point characteristic.

You can use the function sd_ble_version_get()

Can I use nRFToolbox to check if the device had include DFU function?  How can I do this job?

It faster to test with nRF-Connect, but yes, you can use nRFToolbox also. You will need a DFU zip image to test with nRFToolbox. If the device does not have the DFU characteristics, nRFToolbox will report back that DFU Failed: DFU characteristics not found.

The DFU zip file is necessary when test DFU function if I use nRF-Connect, to do this job?  Can I test DFU function available without DFU zip file?

Yes, with nRFConnect you can check what services the device has. You dont need a DFU packet to check that. If the device has the DFU BLE service, it should look something liks this:
