sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set not working with s130

Hello! I'm using a module nrf51822 as a ble peripheral device.

And my device's RSSI is alway about -60db and the power comsumtion is 4mA.

Even i tried to change in sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set  with all the parameters (-40, -30, -20, -16, -12, -8, -4, 0, and 4).

And this is my main:

Do you see a difference if you compare e.g.  -8 dBm and +4dBm ?

Note that it's good practice to check the return code of the function to see if it's successfully set.

err_code = sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set(4);
APP_ERROR_CHECK(err_code);

I finded out that sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set was working correctly and i made mistake when measuaring the power consumtion instead of RSSI. Because the device  is sleep in power_manage() function so the power consumtion with different tx power parameter is the same.
