NRF52832 32.768k crystal不起震

nrf52832工作一段时间后，出现了死机，测试各个电压都是正常的，但32.768K的晶体没有震荡信号；

请问在什么情况下，32.768K的晶体会没有震荡信号，如何解决；谢谢！
