the device's current get biger when device program bootloader

First of all ,i download the SD7.0 to my device, then i download my app to my device,in this case my device's curent is 100uA. First of all ,i download the SD7.0 to my device,then i download bootloader to my device by kile,the last i download my app to my device through OTA interface,in this case ,my device's current is 4300uA. why is this so, how should i solve this problem
