zigbee serialization over UART

I am first time using Nordic development board 52840. I want transmit zigbee frame from application processor
to network processor via UART. Please check below communication flow diagram for details.

I would like to know is there any protocol supported in Nordic on the top of UART to transmit zigbee packet?
OR zigbee serialization technique?
Example source code would be helpful

Are you talking about doing application processing on one nRF52840 DK and doing ZigBee processing on another nRF52840 DK?

We don't have any solutions for this in ZigBee at the moment, we do have for BLE and ANT where UART and SPI are used to communicate between the two boards.
