Protection from spam bots

While this is not related to Nordic Semiconductor products, I think we should incorporate Captcha system during user registration. We had some spam in the morning and more will surely come.

you are absolutely right. We have noticed an increased amount of love related posts and we are working on keeping them away. There will soon be some adjustments to the registration process as well.

IMO, the captcha did not really help. I still report and close many fake and advertising/spam posts...
