NRF51822 NRF_POWER-> RESETREAS = NRF_POWER-> RESETREAS = 0x00010000

When I use the battery to power on, I get NRF_POWER-> RESETREAS = 0x00010000. I check the register manual to see that it is GPIO wake-up. But I didn't configure GPIO wake-up. Is this normal?The first NRF_POWER-> RESETREAS gets 0x00010000, the second gets 0x00000000.

The RESETREAS register is not cleared if it wakes up from system off mode (0x00010000) and the values are cumulative Are you really sure that your application does not go to system off sleep?.

I am doing a pin reset the first time and i can see that correctly and the second one is cleared since your program clear it explicitly.

Does this mean that my IC must have entered the system off mode and then woke up? But I did not enter the system of mode in my program. Which ways may it enter

The system will enter system off only if explicitly done in the application. There is no other way the chip goes into system off by itself. I am not sure why you see a different output than me with the exact same project. Or are you testing it with a different project?

It's the same project as the uploaded project. At present, C0 version has been abandoned and the latest IC version is used. Thank you for your reply.
