I would like to know when BLE5.1 is available ?

When AOA direction finding hardware/software support will be available in commercial chip ?

Hi,

 

nRF52811 supports the AOA and AOD features in the Bluetooth 5.1 spec. SW for AOA/AOD will be availalable later this year.
