nRF Connect Services

I am using nrf51422 device with the SDK 11.  I am running the hear rate application ble_app_hrs_pca10028_s130.  When I connect to the device (using the nRF Connect app for ios) I am able to see the three services being advertised "Heart Rate, Battery Service, Device Information".  However, when i connect, the only service that is listed is "Nordic UART Service".  I am unable to see the services that are advertised.  Why might this be?  How will I know if my Data is being communicated properly?

Hi,

Did you connect and/or bond to this device previously? iOS will cache services and characteristics unless you have the service changed indication characteristic in your application, so you might have to toggle ble off/on on your phone to flush the cache.
