Input impedance of nRF52832 comparators

I am looking for specs for the input impedance of the comparators (COMP and LPCOMP) for the nRF52832. I searched the forum and all I found was someone saying it is ">1 Mohm". We require a very high input impedance for our application so I would like to find a more precise answer. Thanks.

I've asked the HW devs, but it will probably take a while before we get an answer.

Thanks. Even an order of magnitude answer would be helpful. I'm hoping the answer is that it is in the 100Mohm ballpark.

No answer yet, but I'm guessing it is somewhere in the 1 - 15Mohm range with probably some significant variance.

Thanks. That's not great for our application since it would require some additional circuitry but it's probably not a deal breaker. Can you continue to try to get a definite answer from the engineers?
