How to improve the speed of Gazell in NRF52832?

I am using the example nRF5_SDK_15.2.0_9412b96/examples/proprietary_rf/gzll/gzll_ack_payload.

I tried to modify the default PAYLOAD_LENGTH to 32,but the speed I tested is only 5KByte/sec, how to improve the speed ?
