NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack 8.24.1 Unavailable

Hello, 

I am trying to use the SDK 15.3 with Keil 5 and the examples do not compile with out this pack 8.24.1. The Keil Pack installer does not have there database updated to have this pack yet. The Nordic folder here does not have it as well.

Where can I get it?
I specifically need the DTM example for the errata 172 fix for nRF52840 chips. 

Errors from Keil:

Error #544: Required Software Pack 'NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.24.1' is not installed
Error #541: 'NordicSemiconductor::Device:Startup:8.24.1' component is missing (previously found in pack 'NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.24.1')

Cannot install Pack(NordicSemiconductor:nRF_DeviceFamilyPack:8.24.1), Pack not found
