Programming fanstel BT840F evaluation board

Hello,

I've recently purchased the fanstel BT840F evaluation board which is based on the nRF52840. I understand that you cannot directly program the BT840F evaluation board and you need either a nRF52832/nRF52840 DK to use the JLink to program and upload examples to it. Can someone please explain how to establish a connection between my BT840F/nRF52832 boards and how to program the former?

I am trying to develop a bluetooth mesh environment such as this one using the BT840F.
