Deep sleep mode consumption of nrf52832

I measured the consumption of nrf52832, in deep sleep mode, the consumption is 32uA, the question is: there is a pulse about 5mA every 39ms, is that all right? what's the matter?

I entered the deep sleep mode in main while cycle without doing another things.

The pulse you are seeing every 39ms is the regulator operating in refresh mode. This is normal.

The current consumption including the pulse is < 1µA in system OFF mode.

From the plots it seems like you are getting a lot of noise in your measurements. Please describe your measurement setup.

I use a nrf52832 supplyed with the power of 3.3V, and without connected with other chip.

the ammeter is MSO-S 254A, Ammeter accuracy is 2mA. what esle do you mean by measurement setup?

the measurement is set to calculate the mean consumption of probe1, and probe1 if a current probe.

If you get 32µA in system OFF mode, then you are either measuring the wrong value, or there are some other things on the board that are consuming current.

Are you measuring on a custom board or a development kit? If you have a custom board, please post the schematic and layout.

Also check that the current probe is showing the correct value. What does it show when it's not connected?

the deep sleep consumption need the board to be dealed with, it's done before.
