All of a sudden my jlink cortexM is taking a long time to program my nRF51822 on the devkit board. It used to be a few seconds, and now, out of the blue, it takes almost a minute and even then sometimes it hasn't actually programmed the chip. (it will say "Erase done, programming done, verify done, application running...") but then the previous application is obviously still on the chip.
This issue is not isolated, there are a lot of other strange things happening with my setup..
