US and EU Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs)

Hi guys

I am looking for export control related information on NRF52832-QFAA-R7, in particular:

1) Is the product a controlled dual use item under EU Regulation 428/2009 and, if so, what is its EU Export Control Classification Number (EU ECCN)?
1) Is the product subject to the EAR (the US Export Administration Regulations), and if so, what is its US Export Control Classification Number (US ECCN)?

Please see belwo for answer of your questions.

1) Is the product a controlled dual use item under EU Regulation 428/2009 and, if so, what is its EU Export Control Classification Number (EU ECCN)?

Yes products is the dual used item (category 5) but it meets the exemption provisison (Cryptography note) in the regulation and is excempt from the export license. for EU ECCN number please use term: "uncontrolled".

1) Is the product subject to the EAR (the US Export Administration Regulations), and if so, what is its US Export Control Classification Number (US ECCN)? 

The product when produced in our subcontractors plants is not subject to EAR. TWhen the distributor partners sell our product originating from US do "Re-export" job and should get confirmation for US ECCN number from US export authority (BIS). The applicable US ECCN number for this product re-exporting from US will be 5A992 but Nordic Semiconductor can not approve this officially and the exporter from US needs to go through the approval process within BIS calssification application .
