Have you added Bluetooth 5.1 in nRF52811? How can I calculate the angle of arrival? Do I need to add any other device?

 Yes, as specified in the Product Specification, the nRF52811 supports Bluetooth 5.1. You can find more information here, here and here.

How can I calculate the angle of arrival?

Full capabilities of the nRF52811 SoC—including Bluetooth 5 Long Range, Bluetooth 5.1 Direction Finding, and Zigbee 3.0—will be made available through software releases during 2019.
A relevant case here.

Do I need to add any other device?

 In AoA a device, or tag, will transmit a specific direction-finding packet, using just one antenna. The receiving device, or locator, will have multiple antennas. This case may be relevant.
