nRF Mesh v1.2.1 having problem connect nRF52840 DK

Hi,

I just installed the latest nRF Mesh v1.2.1 and found that my nRF52840 DK board unable to connect, 

I'm using SDK as shown below:- 

• nRF SDK for mesh v3.1
• nRF SDK v15.2

previous nRF Mesh phone app working fine with my board, and I can connect to nRF SDK for mesh example, for example, light-switch and so on... 

Can you help me to figure out what happens?

Hi.

I'll do my best to help you figure out what is happening here.

If you have any more information that would be very helpful.

Which phone are you using?
Are you able to see the device when scanning, but you are not able to connect and provision it?

Have you tried erasing the DK, and flashed the example again?
Are you using an unmodified version of the light switch example?

Any information, logs etc. that you can provide, would be very helpful.
