nRF52840 WLSP package layout

At the end of last year, the new package nRF5240 WLCSP was delivered  and it is now available in the market, however, I have not found an official layout for this new package. Is it available somewhere?

Any library available for eagle? Not the whole design but at least the CKAA package?

Hi,

 

We only ship Altium files with our reference design. We have made some Eagle libraries available on github, CKAA does not seem to have been added and as this is not regularly maintained I can not make any promises.
