Eddystone notification

Hello I am using eddystone-beacon example from sdk 12.3 but i am unable to get notification on android phone,nearby setting is also enabled ,please help??

Android have decided to discontinue support for Nearby Notifications. See this page: android-developers.googleblog.com/.../discontinuing-support-for-android.html
