Cant do bonding after the first time

SDK - 15.2.0
IDE - Segger Embedded Studio
Computer platform Windows 10

I added to example "ble_app_blinky" all the peer manger, because I want to add password  in connection.
I was succeeded  to do it, but the problem is when I want to connect  the phone again.
In the first time the phone ask me to write the pin code. If I close the bluetooth, open it again and try to connect to the module, I cant until I undo matching.

Can someone tell me what to do please?

  • I used to have the same problem. There are 2 possible reasons:

1/ There is a problem with the phone Bluetooth, usually happens with Android phones.

2/ Have you implemented this correctly?

I think you should upload your program here for a better support.

  • Hi

In projects where the peer manager is missing we handle some of the security related callbacks in the ble_evt_handler. Try removing/commenting out BLE_GAP_EVT_SEC_PARAMS_REQUEST and BLE_GATTS_EVT_SYS_ATTR_MISSING to avoid any conflicts with the peer manager.

    Best regards,

    Simon
