Can we Supply power from Both USB and Coin cell battery?

This is Jahnavi. I am having nRF 52 DK boards. I have  a doubt that what will happen if we will give power supply from both coincell as well as USB cable?

Is there any problem for the DK boards if we will give like this?

Hi,

It is important that

Connect only one power source at the time. Shorting the solder bridges removes the reverse voltage protection.

But even if i have done like that then also the board worked properly.

Can you let me know is there internal damage will occur?

Because of the reverse voltage protection diodes, it's fine to power from both USB and coin cell. Therefore, no damage will occur. As long as the solder bridges is shorted, the reverse voltage protection diodes will not work. I still recommend to Connect only one power source at the time as the user guide.
