Hi,
I just connected an nRF91 dk to nRF Cloud, which worked fine. However, for some reason the GPS says I am in Trondheim, while I am clearly somewhere else in the world.
All the best,
Christoffer

Hi,
The modem FW does not have support for GPS operation at the moment, this is to be released March 31st. While we wait, the default example transmits a 'dummy location' so that you are able to see at least something in nRF Cloud.
Best regards,
Andreas
Is it ready now? How do I fix it?
Yes, it's ready now. Or at least ready enough that you can test it out. Make sure you go download 0.7.0-29 firmware from https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-Tools/Development-Kits/nRF9160-DK/Download#infotabs
Then download the GIT repos as in the getting started guide in the NRF connect app. Build and compile the GPS sample and it works.
If you have a DK version 0.7.0 that's really old, don't use it. 0.8.2 you need an external GPS antenna. They changed the circuit and should work stock out of the box with DK version 0.8.5.
